Liliana (“Lily”) Evans is a California native who has lived in the Antelope Valley since 1997. She is a proud daughter of immigrant parents from Mexico and El Salvador and comes from a family with deep roots in the escrow industry.
Having worked in the escrow industry since 2015 and with Fidelity since 2019, Lily knows the importance of communication and has the advantage of being bilingual. Her customer service skills and knowledge of the everchanging guidelines and requirements relating to the real estate transaction make her adaptable in dealing with the complexities of the escrow process.

Outside of the office, Lily focuses on her family life with her two young children and husband, as well as, enjoying arts and crafts.
